More about our Services As well as providing our Services to support the implementation and training associated with using our Tools, we undertake professional services engagements and assignments for organisations that wish to become more collaborative, perhaps by forming or participating in a Virtual Organisation, introducing Virtual Teams and Remote Working, or working in a Joint Venture. Setup Workshop One of our most important consulting roles is to facilitate interactive workshops to assist potential Active Collaborators to explore, discuss and agree their collective Purpose, Values and Core Strategic Vision on the way to their Strategic Plan as well as the VO equity, governance, management, financial and the operating structures, practices and processes that will work best for them. Our Setup Workshop with your key participants addresses: For the result to be valid and sustainable, this kind of conversation requires integrity, authenticity, robustness and a genuine commitment from the participants. One of the outcomes from the Setup Workshop is an agreement (or not) on the Roles and Fees that the collaboration adopts as their standard practice. This is a 'necessary step' in the development of any successful collaboration, particularly if our Central Billing System is going to be used.
